He is a first-generation college graduate and was raised in Inglewood, CA where his family continues to reside.Prior to founding Inglewood Growth Partners, he worked at Bain & Company, focusing on commercial due diligence and growth strategy. And, previously, he worked in sales and marketing at Facebook (Meta) and at start-ups. Ryan's interest in entrepreneurship began early, selling snacks during his childhood after being inspired by his father who opened and ran a local restaurant.Ryan cares deeply about K-12 education and mentorship, largely influenced by his personal upbringing and his younger brother.
